For example, using one category call "Hispanics" is inadequate ... it doesn't include cultures and sub-cultures within individual countries.  Please our use of these initial aggregations, but we hope to make our basic points of the need to be inquisitive versus judgmental as you meet individuals of different cultures and backgrounds.​For example:  Using the term "Hispanic" places peoples from many countries into the same category.  There may be striking differences in culture and world view of people from Mexico than for example people from Guatemala or Brazil.  we will, over time, collect data that are specific to a broader set of nation/categories.
